About Us
The Green Global Grub team may be small, but our food is mighty! We are a couple based in Swansea, Wales who just love food. Having grown up as big meat eaters, we decided to make the switch to being (mainly) pescatarian in 2018 — to help the planet and to experiment more with our cooking.
On the GGG journey, we are both involved in the recipe research and photography, but we definitely have our roles mapped out!
Head Chef — Ben
An engineer in his day-to-day life, Ben is the main chef behind all the dishes on GGG. Growing up in Northern Ireland, he was always involved in the household cooking — and licking the bowls clean.
Blog, Socials & Food Taster — Yaz
Originally from Plymouth, Yaz works in clinical drug trials full-time. In her spare time she writes the posts, manages social media, and makes sure everything tastes as good as it looks.
